My knives are made to the best of my ability and knowledge. I use only the best materials and methods, in order to provide the very best product, in terms of durability, performance, and appearance. Upon delivery, should you find a knife you have bought from me, to be lacking in any of these respects, Please contact me within 3 days of receipt. Then, if necessary ship it back to me, in it's original un-altered condition for either a Fix, or a replacement.
For as long as I am able to make knives, I guarantee my work to be free from mechanical defects. Should a knife purchased from me fail through regular use, either due to materials or workmanship, please contact me. Then ship it back to me for repairs, or replacement at no cost. Your choice. Regular use is defined as those for which any knife would be used. This does not include prying, digging, striking, torque applied to the tip, edge or spine or any other non-cutting / slicing activity. I reserve the right to determine whether the knife was mistreated. Knives are not guaranteed against rust because proper care of your knife will prevent any rust from occurring. By placing an order from Leclair Knives, the buyer represents that he or she is of legal age and that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner.
We do not sell knives to those under 18 years of age.
We assume no responsibility for any harm or injury resulting from the sale, trade, use or handling of any product purchased from us.
It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state/Provincial, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and or use, of any item purchased.
We are unable to provide refunds in the event that the package that you have ordered was seized by customs or other agencies. Consult your local and state/Provincial laws before ordering if you are in doubt.
